How Do I Get Started?

Start the process by Forming a new Delaware Corporation or LLC with us on our secure website portal. Follow the detailed instructions below to add USCG Yacht Documentation and the Delaware Boat Registration option.

Once on the secure online portal:

  • Choose “Start a New Company” – Select Continue
  • Select “Delaware” as the State of Incorporation – Select Continue
  • On the “Buy New Products and Services” page, scroll down to: Yacht “Special Internet” Package $365 USD: US Citizens Residing in the US. Select Continue
  • On the “Company Information” page – choose the Entity type to be formed, Entity ending and Name.
  • Make sure you fill out everything on the “Company Information” page including your SSN for the EIN
  • Note: You will need an EIN to both register and document the boat
  • Note: Leave the check the box for “USCG Documentation” checked and once finished entering all the information required – Select Continue
  • On the next page select any options you require to complete the documentation process
  • For “Delaware Registration” Select the Option for one year (fee will depend on length) 
  • If you are financing your boat the bank most likely will require you to have a 1st Preferred Ship’s Mortgage recorded. Please check the Option
  • Check the appropriate box If you would like a USCG Bill of Sale.
  • Once the form has been completed, check the Disclaimers – Select Continue
  • An invoice will be created and the option to pay by credit card or PayPal.
  • Once payment is confirmed, the company will be formed within 24 hours.
