Detailed instructions
Once on the secure online portal:
- Choose “Start a New Company” – Select Continue
- Select “Delaware” as the State of Incorporation – Select Continue
- On the “Buy New Products and Services” page, scroll down to: Yacht “Special Internet” Package $365 USD: US Citizens Residing in the US. Select Continue
- On the “Company Information” page – choose the Entity type to be formed, Entity ending and Name.
- Make sure you fill out everything on the “Company Information” page including your SSN for the EIN
- Note: You will need an EIN to both register and document the boat
- Note: DO NOT Check the box for USCG Documentation
- On the next page select any options you require to complete the registration process
- For “Delaware Registration” Select the Option for one or three years; we suggest three years. (fee will depend on length)
- Check the appropriate box If you would like a USCG Bill of Sale.
- Once the form has been completed, check the Disclaimers – Select Continue
- An invoice will be created and the option to pay by credit card or PayPal.
- Once payment is confirmed the company will be formed within 24 hours.

Vessel Size A – less than 16′ through 29 ‘ 1 year – $150.00 3 years – $350.00
Vessel Size B – 30′ or over and less than 45′ 1 year – $180.00 3 years – $380.00
Vessel Size C – 45′ or over and less than 65′ 1 year – $220.00 3 years – $440.00
Vessel Size D – 65′ or over 1 year – $250.00 3 years – $500.00
